Here I will briefly describe the main points.

In addition to the spinner, you will need a light. I recommend a ring light, the quality of it is not inferior to the light on the racks, because it highlights the subject, but it is easier to use and transport + cheaper.
This type of light you need to buy batteries for it. 2 batteries will last for 4 hours of work.

To power the camera, there are several options – to work from the built-in batteries or to work from an external source, while taking out the camera battery.
The external source is portable chargers, and there are also light models with USB output.

The built-in battery of the camera is on average enough for an hour of work.
The first option looks more aesthetically pleasing, but the second option helps to avoid overheating, since the cover is removed from the camera.

Since the laptop’s built-in wi-fi will be connected to the camera, you will need an external USB wi-fi, 4G modem, or cable connection to the Internet for the Internet.

I recommend a laptop with an Intel processor. If your budget is limited, try to find a processor starting from at least the 4th generation.
i7-3517u is the third generation
i3-4510u is the fourth
These processors have support for Intel QuickSync video processing on the built-in graphics card, which will significantly speed up the work.
AMD processors are also supported, but they do not have QuickSync technology. Therefore, weak processors, the processing time will be long.

I recommend the camera GoPro Hero Black 7 or GoPro 10, 11,12

It is advisable to take the card from this list , the volume will be enough for 16-32 GB. One video weighs about 25mb, on 16GB-640 videos fit. Before each event, we format the card.

Camera settings: 1920 x 1080 resolution, 16:9 format, wide angle, 100-120 fps

Before you start, manually adjust the white balance on the camera so that the faces are not too red or blue.

Also tune up ISO on camera.
The lower the ISO, the better the quality, but more light is needed.
